Caryn Selick, MD

Dr. Caryn Selick graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and received the Biochemistry Award for Most Outstanding Student. She obtained her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine, and continued on to complete a four year residency program at New York University – Bellevue Hospital. She pursued a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, where she collaborated on numerous research projects that have been published in prestigious journals.

Dr. Selick is Board Certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. She is an attending and clinical assistant professor at NYU Langone Medical Center, where she has been recognized for her dedication and skill in teaching with the distinguished Gordon W. Douglas Teaching Award from the residents and faculty.

Dr. Selick’s areas of expertise encompass all aspects of infertility including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (using partner or donor sperm), In Vitro Fertilization, and egg and embryo cryopreservation. She also welcomes women for preventative care as well as treatment of complex gynecological disorders.
